Do you require a long-term lease agreement?
We require a one year lease, however, if your circumstances
change and you are required to move, we ask for
one calendar month's notice.
Will it cost alot to live here?
The Lakewoods is very affordable and is an excellent
value. Please view our ammenities and offerings
on our Home page. Our goal is to meet the lifestyle
our residents have always enjoyed.
Is The Lakewoods age exclusive?
Yes. The Lakewoods is a luxury community of apartment
homes designed for people 55 and older.
Do you provide parking?
Yes. Resident parking is available in the rear of
the building. Visitor parking is available in designated
spaces in both the front and rear of the building.
Do I need to pay an application fee?
Yes. There is a $30 application fee.
Will I have to participate in activities
or follow a schedule?
No. You are free to participate or not participate
in any of our planned community activities.
Am I allowed to use my own furniture?
Yes. All of our apartments are unfurnished. You
are free to create your own style.
If I require services to maintain my independence,
will I have to move?
No. We have a service co-ordinator on-site that
can assist in setting up your required services.
How do visitors enter the building?
Visitors can enter through the front or rear doors.
Visitors are required to use the intercom system
to acquire access into the building. |
