The Lakewoods is centrally located on
the Lakewoods Senior Campus in the former
Maumee Valley Hospital. This lovely, six-story
building has been carefully remodeled
under historic guidelines preserving and
incorporating much of the architecture
from the 1930’s.
The Lakewoods is located in a beautiful
residential area with all the conveniences
close by. Within minutes, our residents
can enjoy a meal, a game or a class at
the Senior Center, shop at one of the
many local retail establishments or catch
a bus right at the front door. Toledo
offers a variety of exciting attractions
including a World-Class Zoo, the Botanical
Gardens, Erie Street Market, Toledo Museum,
and Swan Creek Metro Park.
